About Nathanael
A career in sales. A commitment to teaching it well.
Nathanael Arney brings together three perspectives on selling rarely found in one place: firsthand B2B sales experience, years of teaching sales in the top MBA program in Canada, and academic research into how trust shapes buyer–seller relationships.

The perspective
Sales experience behind the message.
Before entering academia, Nathanael built his career in B2B sales with global technology and business equipment companies, gaining extensive experience in prospecting, customer relationship management, presentations, negotiation, closing, and account management.
Today he teaches business students at the UFV School of Business, and the UBC Sauder School of Business. His work connects the realities of selling with teaching and his research on trust and buyer decision making.
